Only boss battles are timed, and the clock stretches for you. No lost streaks. No ads. Rest is part of the game.

For the chronic illness community

You already manage enough.
Your game shouldn't be one more thing.

If you live with chronic illness, you know the pattern: the daily streak that dies during a flare, the timed level your hands can't keep up with today, the event that expires while you're resting. Soothe Quest was designed by someone who lives it too — so every one of those moments has been rebuilt around your reality.

🔥

Flare days

Zen Garden and Tiny Wins are always open and never need lives. Your streak forgives rest days. Come back when you can — everything waits.

🌫️

Brain-fog days

No move-or-die timers. Boss battles are the one timed challenge, and their clock stretches for you — softer effects add fifteen seconds, and a gentle boost quietly appears when a level keeps winning. Extra room, no judgment.

🤲

Hand-pain days

Bigger gems, tap-only controls instead of dragging, and softer effects for light-sensitive eyes — one tap from the title screen.

Why it's different

Most games punish you for resting.
This one was built around it.

Chronic illness means energy that changes by the day. Every system in Soothe Quest — from streaks to difficulty — flexes with you instead of against you.

🌿

A rest-friendly streak

Your streak counts the days you show up. Rest days are forgiven, and losing never breaks it. Consistency over heroics.

🪴

The Zen Garden

A no-fail sanctuary: no moves, no timer, no losing. Just match, breathe, and watch your garden grow — even at 3 a.m.

Tiny Wins

One-minute levels for low-energy days that still count toward your daily gentle goal. Showing up is enough.

💚

The Comfort Journal

After each level, a line of real encouragement from The Resilient Path. Save the words that help and revisit them on harder days.

🌬️

The Calm Corner

Guided box breathing and soothing rain or wave soundscapes, built right into the game. A quiet spot with no goals at all.

⚙️

Designed for hands that hurt

Larger gems, tap-only controls for steady hands, colorblind-friendly shapes, and softer effects for light-sensitive days.

And a real game underneath

72 levels. Nine worlds. Pressure you control.

Ice and stone puzzles, line blasters, rainbow gems, twenty-six boss battles, an endless Rift, and gentle original music — all the satisfaction of a great match-3. The bosses are the only timed levels, and the clock is generous by design: sixty to ninety seconds to begin with, and more whenever the day calls for it.

Soothe Quest gameplay: a colorful gem board with ice puzzle blocks
The Zen Garden mode: matching with no timer and no fail state
A win screen showing an encouraging quote from The Resilient Path
The Comfort Journal holding saved encouragement quotes
The guided breathing exercise: a glowing circle with box-breathing prompts
The Comfort and Access settings: larger gems, tap-only controls, softer effects

Our promises

Written into the design, not the marketing.

Nothing punishes you for resting. No expiring rewards, no fear-of-missing-out events. Seasonal content returns every year.

The only timer is on boss battles — and it bends. Turning animation intensity down adds fifteen seconds to the clock. Soothe Plus adds fifteen more. Lose a few times and the game quietly offers extra room. The challenge is real; the punishment isn’t.

No ads, ever. No selling your data, ever. Your progress stays on your device. The full privacy policy is two clicks away and actually readable.

Everything essential is free. Optional Soothe Plus ($3.99/month or $34.99/year, 7-day free trial) adds comfort perks like unlimited lives.

Comfort is a headline feature, not a checkbox. Accessibility options live one tap from the title screen — because they're for most of our players, not the margins.
